We put flagship Vivo camera phone to the test to see if the 1 inch sensor lives up to the hype.

Vivo X90 Pro released date was launched on 6th dec 2022

VIVOS After debuting in China in november of last year the flagship camera phone is now making its way abroad.

Only the Vivo X90 Pro which is located in the middle of the X90 lineup beneath X90 Pro which is only available in China is available to us in Europe.

However the defining feature is sony IMX 989 camera module with Zeiss optics and a 1inch sensor. This suggests that it might be one of the most impressive smartphone cameras that have ever graced our desks.

The X90 Pro appears to be the cameraphone to beat in 2023 and the rest of the phones specifications are also impressive. The following is how it performs in the real world after we have been living with it for about a week.

Verdict

The Vivo X90 Pro is a great phone in every way. It has a beautiful design great performance a long battery life fast charging and one of the best cameras we have ever seen. In fact the only thing we dislike about Funtouch OS is the amount of bloatware that comes with it. Although the majority of this can be disabled or hidden in the app drawer it would nice to not have to deal with it.
